Description (partial)

Symptom:
You observe mac flapping on the upstream switches connected to the UCS if you have multiple uplinks from an FI going to different switches not bundled in a PC

Conditions:
The VM must be pinned to the Non DR
The VM must be running IGMPv2
The FI must have individual cables going to different switches not bundled in a PC
