Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer hears a "Krik" sound when a 78XX phone is involved on a call either as calling or called phone. The sound is heard on both ends. It looks like a electrical sound , kind of a feedback , which is audible on every call , some times more / sometime less. The sound is observed in the 1st split second of the call moments after 78XX goes offhook. Issue observer with handset , headset and speaker.

Conditions:
78XX involved on the call.
