Description (partial)
Symptom: The video component of a service being processed on a co-processor in AVC mode, might not recover after having corrupt data at the input. Eg. scrambled input (corrupt video data) becomes unscrambled (valid video data), but the output might still be corrupt. Conditions: The video component at the input is not valid for some time, e.g. scrambled, not actually video data, ... AVC splicing is enabled on legacy co-processor board.
