Cisco Bug: CSCuq34938 - Operational Interval time is making the Webpage hang

Description (partial)

On the Assurance Notification Criteria Web page, while adding a new Notification Criteria, under the general info choose operational interval as an earlier time as of it is being shown on the UI and give rest all the mandatory data and click on save.   Web page is getting hanged by an error message ? Error in save?

Mozilla FF (ESR): 24.6.0 
Steps to reproduce:
1.	Login to CPC Assurance
2.	Navigate to Administration-> Alarm & Event Setup > Notification > Assurance Notification Criteria
3.	Click on add button
4.	Under  the General Info, select operational interval as an earlier time( eg. Choose 9 am to 10 am if in UI it is showing as 11 am to 11 am)
5.	Provide rest all the mandatory data
6.	On the summary section, click on Save button. Web Page is hanged with an error message ?Error in save?
