Symptom:
Non Secure Indication tone  is not played  Directed Call Park is used.

When we Park a inter cluster Call (over sip trunk) using Directed call park the Non Secure Indication Tone is not played when we press the Transfer button and also when we complete the transfer to the Directed Call Park assigned number.

A calls C
C answers (secure tone is played)

A presses transfer key (non secure tone is not played actually it should be played)

Dials the DirCallPark number and presses transfer again (non secure tone is not played actually it should be played)

B calls the DirCallPark number with the prefix 0

B is connected to C (secure tone is played)
