Symptom: Non Secure Indication tone is not played Directed Call Park is used. Conditions: This CDETS record was escalated from a CTI-JIRA issue: http://cti-jira/browse/SIP-3518 When we Park a inter cluster Call (over sip trunk) using Directed call park the Non Secure Indication Tone is not played when we press the Transfer button and also when we complete the transfer to the Directed Call Park assigned number. Phone A (Protected) 70008 in cluster 1 Phone B (protected) 70005 in cluster 1 Phone C (Protected) 70001 in cluster 2 Route Pattern -84.XXXXX DirCallPark numkber - 9999 A calls C C answers (secure tone is played) A presses transfer key (non secure tone is not played actually it should be played) Dials the DirCallPark number and presses transfer again (non secure tone is not played actually it should be played) B calls the DirCallPark number with the prefix 0 B is connected to C (secure tone is played) CUCM details 10.77.35.92 cluster 1 10.77.35.89 cluster 2 This issue was also seen by the automation team working on Ladoga builds.
