Description (partial)

Symptom:
VPC goes into a Consistency Failure after changing the port-profiles on N1k

The port-profile change on the Nexus 100 triggers the operational key to change, which leads to a LAG ID changes on the VPC Primary.

The consistency check will fail on the secondary since the secondary is having a different LAG-ID.

Due to consistency failure and VPC graceful consistency check enabled, the port is suspended and never brought up

Conditions:
Changing the port-profle on Nexus 1k may lead to a consistency check failure when using VPC
