Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Results on search for a contact returned as firstname.lastname@example.org instead of SAMAccountName@123.com - results in user not being able to IM contact. Conditions: Occurs if the user is in their Recent Call List. View Profile returns the correct results if the person has not spoken to the person on the phone that day - not in recents.
