Description (partial)

Symptom:
LDAP sync and authentication is in place. Any LDAP sync'd user who is within the "Expiry Warning Days" , while logging in to the CCM USER page, is being prompted to change the password.

Even if we update the password, since this is a LDAP sync'd user it does not allow to update the password and again drops you to the prompt to change password. The user is stuck in this loop and is unable to login to CCMUser page.

Users get the below error,

"The system will not allow you to change your password while LDAP is enabled. Contact your system administrator "

The issue is only when the user in the "Expiry Warning Days" timeframe. After which we do not notice the issue.

Conditions:
CUCM version 9.x
