Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the Assurance Notification Criteria page, while adding a new criteria asterisk mark is missing for the "Customer" field under the General Info section when Customers are already available but Asterisk mark can be seen if no customer is available in the PC Assurance. so Asterisk mark presence should be uniform in all the cases

Environment:
Mozilla FF (ESR): 24.6.0 
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to the CPC Assurance(MSP) Web GUI
2. Navigate to Administration-> Alarm & Event Setup > Notification > Assurance Notification Criteria and click on add button
3. Under the General Info section, asteric mark is missing for the Customer drop down field 
Note: It is assumed that customers are already created for the Assurance MSP server
