ISIS adjacency can get withdrawn if TE NSR is enabled and SSO is performed.

1) MPLS-TE NSR enabled
2) Large number of TE tunnels pointing to the same destination and all of them have autoroute announce
3) ISIS is used as the TE IGP
4) SSO is performed on the router with large number of TE head-ends that have autoroute announce
