Description (partial)

Symptom:
<CmdBold>ipv6 nd prefix<noCmdBold> command parameters change without user action

Conditions:
DHCP PD configuration using General Prefix.
User modifies parameters of prefix corresponding to General Prefix with <CmdBold>ipv6 nd prefix<noCmdBold> command.

Refresh of General Prefix by DHCP PD may modify the <CmdBold>ipv6 nd prefix<noCmdBold> command. ie. <CmdBold>show running<noCmdBold> may show <CmdBold>ipv6 nd prefix<noCmdBold> command with different lifetimes or advertisment options.
