Description (partial)

Lock screen is seen for a second when Transfer/conference is made from Emergency call.

Steps to reproduce
1.The device is on Lock screen state.
2.Tap on Emergency call.
3.Place a call from Device A to Device B
4.Try to make a Transfer/Conference call.

Expected Behaviour
There should not be any lock screen view while making transfer/conference call.

Actual Behaviour
Lock screen is seen for a second when we make a transfer call
Press back key, again lock screen is displayed for less then a second

Device should be on Lock screen .
