Description (partial)

Symptom:
Yamei's alpha phone can't answer incoming calls by Line key/ handset/ speaker / softkey. And can't make new calls as well. The application menu is responsive and ring tone / alerting tone is normal.

Conditions:
Phone Build: sip78xx.10-2-0-14
CUCM version: 10.5.1.10000-7

Phone Load: sip78xx.10-3-0-26dev

Duplicate Steps:
1. make 7811 phone have more than 30 call history item
2. press setting, access to Call history Service, press number to locate the last item[error, 7811 can't locate the last item], do it for serveral times
3. enable "record call log from shareline", make server call to the phone.[the problem happen, can't answer the call, or make a new call]
