Description (partial)

Symptom:
Manager phone open IPMA service get error, see SSL error in phone log.

Conditions:
Steps:
1. Manager phone1 with Assistant1 works.
2. Provision another Manager phone2 associated with user M3.
3. Provision another Assistant phone2 associated with user Assistant2.
4. Provision Assistant2 server to both Manager and M3.
5. Restart IPMA service on CUCM (both pub and sub).
---Observed Result: Assistant Watch window disappear on Manager phone1, from phone App menu to open IPMA service get Error. IPMA service is https.
Four phones appear one, not know accurate re-produce steps.
