Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Unified CM 9.x or later, we can't grant an access control of "Self Care Portal page" for each end user. It's not supported. We can manage it only by Enterprise parameter for all end users.

We should remove "Cisco Call Manager End User" application from Role configuration.
