Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

When shutting down a Cisco TelePresence SX80 codec or a Cisco TelePresence MX800 endpoint using the Web interface (Maintenance > Restart > Shutdown TelePresence device...) or using the command line (with the command "xcommand Boot Action: Shutdown") the codec will appear to shut down but then will power back on again.

This happens when doing a codec shutdown using the Web interface or the command line in the SX80 or MX800. The C-series and MX-series codecs other than the MX800 are not known to be affected at this time. The MX700 may also be affected.
