You might also see an error message in syslog

After Switchover or upgrade using ISSU

The packets  ingressing vpc+ port-channels going to CPU for the affected VDC will be dropped

Conditions:
M1/F1vpc+. in multiple VDCs
This happens only to vpc secondary
