Description (partial)

Customer support unable to connect to previously established tunnels.  Needs to contact customer to re-enable before the 6 to 7 day default timeout period.

After the customer establishes tunnels as per support request, any sustained network connectivity loss to the tunnels server for greater than 30 minutes can cause a situation where the tunnel is automatically re-established but unusable.

Customer support needs to reach out to the customer any time the tunnel is in this state to have the customer re-enable tunnels.
