PERS is decommissioned.   I am opening an Enhancement request via Sev 6 BUG.

Symptom:
Software Version: 15.1(1r)T5

Problem Details: "Create feature enhancement"
CUBE/VXML Gateway fail-over/High Availability/redundancy for courtesy callback feature.  

Failure of VXML Gateway or CUBE creates loss of existing Courtesy Callback calls in queue. No workaround.

Conditions:
Software Version: 15.1(1r)T5
