Description (partial)

Symptom:
TMS displays message "An error has occurred!" when a user tries to run a Reporting Template via the TMS web interface.

Conditions:
The issue seems to be specific to TMS 14.4.x. The same error is not seen when running a Reporting Template on TMS 14.3.x.
