Description (partial)

Symptom:
Devices table in LCC is not refreshing by clicking on Refresh button

Conditions:
Steps

Actual behavior:
1.	Navigate to Operate--> LCC
2.	Select a device from devices table, click on Edit button and edit few details and click on save.
3.	We get a pop up message which says ?Unable to modify device details?
4.	Once step 3 is done, after that when we click on refresh button, nothing happens.

Expected behavior:
1.	Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2.	Select a device from devices table, click on Edit button and edit few details and click on save.
3.	We get a pop up message which says ?Unable to modify device details?. 
4.	Once step 3 is done, after that when we click on refresh button it should refresh the devices list in device table in LCC
5.	When we click on Page refresh button, list gets refresh.
