Description (partial)

Symptom:
Performance Management Threshold Crossing Alarms of type Warning (PM TCA / Warnings) show values (threshold and current) in the alarm description that are 10 times higher than the configured threshold and the current value. In addition, the message description indicates a TX TCA although the affected port is receiving (RX) traffic. This only affects the displayed message - the alarm is triggered properly at the configured threshold setting

Conditions:
Seen on 80WXC Card configured as colorless Multiplexer
