Description (partial)

Symptom:
Dial Tone playing with noise on 8851 dev phone

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2-5
upgrade 8851 dev phone from 10-2-2-4 to 10-2-2-5, after download all the file, phone reset auto.
press new call softkey, dial tone playing with noise.
reset/restar phone, the problem still exist.

make lots of intercom call, the problem happen again on 8861 phone
