Description (partial)

Symptom:
Prognosis Monitoring server losing connectivitiy to CVP call Server as CvpAgent.exe and other assoicated process (snmpdm.exe,hostagt.exe,sappagt.exe) are constantly restarting. once restarted montoring server fails to receive the snmp events.

Conditions:
Snmp managment logs are showing snmp.exe terminated unexpectiedly.
