Description (partial)

Symptom:
The CRS-8-FC140/M internal die temp hotspot for the fabric asics are alarming in a fully loaded chassis.
This request is to raise the minor hotspot temp threshold to prevent unnecessary alarm and concern.

A related bug CSCuq22333 is open to provide long term improvements to change the behavior to prevent the alarm, fan increase, alarm clear, fan decrease oscillation pattern that is seen with these fabric modules in a fully loaded chassis under load.

CRS 8 Slot Back to Back System that is fully loaded with linecards.
