[VXME for Linux] Self-view cannot be moved or resized

1. VXME and VXME-PRE-REQS installed on thin client.
2. User logged in his HVD and Jabber 10.5 over the same thin client

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a video call from/to Jabber 10.5
2. Make sure Self-view is turned on

Expected Results:
Self-view window can be moved and resized

Actual Results:
Self-view window cannot be moved or resized.
