Description (partial)

Symptom:
Email app failed to sent the user sent mail which happened to be in outbox since there was no connection.
Once the network connection is established, user was able to receive mails and was able to reply back to them. But the mail in outbox was still not getting send.

Conditions:
Sent a mail with no connection and re-establish the network connection.
