Description (partial)

In an IGMP snooping environment, when a Nexus 3548 receives an IGMPv2 packet, it may send it back out on the receiving interfaces.

This has been observed when a IGMPv2 general leave with destination IP (instead of was received.

It may also be observed with valid IGMPv2 general leave packets (destined to when IGMP snooping is disabled.
