ummary:
Sometimes one way audio for phone only account via 3G.

Step to Reproduce:
1.Login alpha phone only account via 3G from jabber for Aphone
2.Make a call with jabber for iPad(CUP via wifi)
3.Check audio

Expect Result:
No audio issue

Actual Result:
No audio on iPhone,had audio on iPad
