Description (partial)

Symptom:
5009 - MEMORYCONSTRAINT_ERROR_CODE and 5011 - PROCESSINGCONSTRAINT_ERROR_CODE are not returned. We see '-1' instead.

Conditions:
Unified CM 8.X and later.
5009 - MEMORYCONSTRAINT_ERROR_CODE should be returned when Maximum AXL Memory Allocation Consumed.
5011 - PROCESSINGCONSTRAINT_ERROR_CODE should be returned when Query request  is too large.
