Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to upgrade Nexus5K image via NCCM, because NCCM do not find the new image.
This issue happen because Nexus5K show bootflash://sup-local as bootflash: (this behaviour happen on more than device.

Example:
In case user write on Nexus5K "dir bootflash" he will see the files under bootflash://sup-local.

When user write # dir bootflash:/n5000-uk9-kickstart.5.0.2.N1.1.bin or # dir bootflash://sup-local/n5000-uk9-kickstart.5.0.2.N1.1.bin he will see the file but when he write # dir bootflash://n5000-uk9-kickstart.5.0.2.N1.1.bin he will not see the file (Different of one '/')

Conditions:
1. Open NCCM web page
2. Go to Images -> Activate
3. Change Image of Nexus5K
