Description (partial)
Symptom: DLSw peer to Tandem ICE fails to connect. The following syslog messages are seen: *Jun 11 15:50:45: %TCP-2-INVALIDTCPENCAPS: Invalid TCB encaps pointer: 0x2B17E5D4 -Process= "DLSw Background", ipl= 0, pid= 317 -Traceback= 23148C80z 2141593Cz 213D064Cz 2568194Cz 256819D4z 213D1D20z 213BFCD0z 213C913Cz 213DF404z 23B24690z 23B24674z Conditions: Occurs on a Cisco 1921 router running version 15.2(4)M6 when the remote DLSw peer has a higher IP address than the local DLSw peer and the remote DLSw peer sends a TCP FIN instead of a TCP RST to bring down the redundant TCP connection.
