Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Add ability to modify pause before audio prompt when joining a meeting from a mobile device (WebEx app), then dialing into the call in, the built in pause will allow for the time between the audio prompt and the entering of the 9-digit meeting ID, then 2-digit attendee ID.  However this does not work on all devices (iPhone).
