Description (partial)

Symptom:
After applying security updates, the SNMP query source cannot query the CUCDM server.  
 
The steps to reproduce are:
(1) Configured SNMP query source.
(2)  Use snmpwalk and test and attempts time out:
(3) Verify following logs in /var/log/snmpd.log:

Connection from UDP: [202.1.1.101]:59242->[202.1.1.56]
trap: send_trap 4 0 NET-SNMP-MIB::netSnmpAgentOIDs.10
Connection from UDP: [202.1.1.101]:59242->[202.1.1.56]
trap: send_trap 4 0 NET-SNMP-MIB::netSnmpAgentOIDs.10

Conditions:
(1) SNMP Query source provisioned on CUCDM server via CLI SNMP commands
(2) Apply security updates via CLI command 'security update'
