Cisco Bug: CSCuq24204 - CUCDM:SNMP Query and Daemon Management Not Working After Security Update

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After applying security updates, the SNMP query source cannot query the CUCDM server. The steps to reproduce are: (1) Configured SNMP query source. (2) Use snmpwalk and test and attempts time out: (3) Verify following logs in /var/log/snmpd.log: Connection from UDP: [22.214.171.124]:59242->[126.96.36.199] trap: send_trap 4 0 NET-SNMP-MIB::netSnmpAgentOIDs.10 Connection from UDP: [188.8.131.52]:59242->[184.108.40.206] trap: send_trap 4 0 NET-SNMP-MIB::netSnmpAgentOIDs.10 Conditions: (1) SNMP Query source provisioned on CUCDM server via CLI SNMP commands (2) Apply security updates via CLI command 'security update'
