Description (partial)
Symptom: After 3850 stack reboot, wireless clients are able to connect but not pass any traffic. The WLC GUI shows that the clients are in a DHCP_REQD state even though the clients have received a DHCP IP. Conditions: 1. Using a 3850 stack as wireless controller 2. Clients are connecting on a VLAN which is not the management VLAN 3. The DHCP server needs to be contacted via the Mgmt-vrf.
