Symptom:
NAV UP key doesn't work when reach the bottom of list

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2-2
open admin settings->Status->call statistics, press NAV Down key to reach the bottom of list, then press NAV UP key, it doesn't work well.
