Known Affected Releases
Symptom: user defined properties may not use attribute names in strings Conditions: That is, quoted strings may not be the same as any existing attributes. For example, the string 'Capacity' can not be used within an Interface property. This is a recent regression. Here's an example which used to work but no longer works: case when traffout > capacity then 'over capacity' when traffout < capacity then 'under capacity' else 'capacity' end Attempt to preview this expression with interfaces and the following error is shown: "Unable to preview query: Unexpected type in expression: Long, expected: String" This works in 5.x and fails in 6.x.
