Description (partial)

Symptoms:
This is a modification on the product to adopt new secure code best practices to enhance the security posture and resiliency of the product.
When disabling Autonomic Networking (AN) with the no autonomic interface command, that interface should no longer send Channel Discovery
(CD) messages. CD messages are used to discover other AN devices, but when no autonomic is configured that interface is no longer valid as
an AN communicating interface.

Conditions:
Device running Autonomic Networking Infrastructure (ANI) has had an interface removed from AN using the no autonomic command.
