Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Cisco Online Help which can be accessed from the CCM Serviceability page does not include the details for the service "SOAP - Diagnostic Portal Database Service" under the SOAP Services.

The Online Help Guide can be accessed with the below steps.

1. Go to Cisco Unified Serviceability
2. Tools > Control Center - Network Services
3. Select the appropriate server and click Go.
4. Go to Help > This Page
5. Select Network Services >CDR Services

Also, the serviceability admin guide for v10 does not have any details about this service
