Description (partial)

Symptom:
Attempts to deploy to a managed IOS device fail with an error such as:

 "Unable to Deploy

  An error response from the device prevented successful completion of this operation.
  The device provided the following description: ip flow-export destination 192.168.2.100/32 2055
  Command failed"

Conditions:
Running an affected version of CSM (Cisco Security Manager) in which the IOS device(s) in-question was added/discovered with its running-config containing one (1) or more NetFlow destination config entry(ies) such as:

 ip flow-export destination 192.168.2.100 2055
