Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call is not going from contacts application.Its showing "Mobile network not available"
even though device is connected to network(WiFi /Ethernet )

If we calling the same contact from phone application is working fine but not from Contacts application.

Conditions:
device should registered to CUCM
have at least one contact configured in device
