Symptom:
As per the procedure given in document :-

At the moment, you can only upload the XML file (described in the above link) , individually on a jabber client , one at a time. This cannot be done in bulk for all jabber users. 
Also there is no way to add Phone number to these contacts in the xml file.
Need a feature to do both the above.
