Description (partial)

Symptom:
Steps:
1. shutdown the Expressway-C on initial SIP register path.
2. Wait for 10 minutes.
3. Check phone service account page.

Expect result:
Jabber should re-register phone service without problem.

Actual result:
Jabber displays error "Your account is already in use by Cisco Jabber or another device. Reconnect?" when attempting to failover after Expressway-C outage.

Conditions:
Unified Communications Manager 10.5
Expressway-C is down for 10 minutes
