Description (partial)

Jabber displays an error that indicates "Failed to get device configuration. Reconnect"

Occurs during a situation where Jabber is unable to register because all the Expressway-C servers in the device configuration are down. In this condition, the clients do have a valid device configuration. The problem is they are not able to register.
