Description (partial)

Symptom:
RSM supervisor monitoring agent with RSM application and product.  Cannot press #, *, 1, or 2 to barge-in and return supervisor to prompting application.

Conditions:
Speech enabled studio application using RSM RTSP for monitoring.  Studio application properties page.
