Symptom: Supervisors attempt to monitor their agents Logged in status, Will show the Agent is logged out but still shows available for Chat,. Conditions: CISCO-5948 OEM Defect ID. Supervisor monitors show user available for chat even though user is not logged in. Reproduction steps:- Login as integrated user make available for chat do not work till session becomes inactive then start working and you should get password prompt type wrong password in that window and later close the session directly by closing window.
