Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA needs to support RSA key authentication when it tries to connect to a linux sever via SCP without the need for a password. 
Currently is does not work even when i have the keys from the ASA in the linux server, the ASA still need a password to authenticate

Conditions:
ASA acts a client and attempts an SCP copy to a linux server
