Description (partial)

Symptom:
During normal operations if you click on the Master status queue tab or the Queues under definitions you will receive a DSP Operation failed error.  This makes the client almost impossible to use since you cannot easily get rid of the DSP popups.

Conditions:
During troubleshooting I found several discrepancies in the quemst table.  The one that causes this popup is when the quemst_active column has a null value.  This field is a char(1) field and allows nulls per the table design as shown in MSSQL Management Studio.

To reproduce the steps just update the quemst table with a statement such as

update quemst set quemst_active=NULL,quemst_usrmodtm=GETDATE() where quemst_id=14;
