Cisco Bug: CSCuq18344 - Improve IPv6 support/config on the management interface

Known Affected Releases
8.3(102.0)
Description (partial)
Symptom: IPv6 address configuration on the management interface can't be easily modified. We already addressed some warnings on code and documentation about this behavior (CSCuq12582 and CSCuo41450), but this new defect is to request some code changes to improve the WLCs IPv6 setup, so that it can be feasible to modify the IPv4/IPv6 configuration of the management interface without the need of a reset or downgrade (perhaps just a reload to disable/enable and/or modify one or the other IPv4-IPv6). Conditions: If a non-default IPv6 address is configured on the management interface on a WLC running 8.0, then to recover or move back to IPv4, the WLC needs a factory reset to default settings or a downgrade to older releases.
