Description (partial)

While implementing workaround noted in CSCuo39236 on TMS versions 13.X, you may encounter a secondary issue. That bug is related to not being able to upload endpoint software files in Software Manager on TMS. In this instance, you can't implement the workaround exactly as noted in CSCuo39236, the values must be smaller. When implemented, you no longer get a 404 file error. Instead, you get an error "no file name specified" and the upload fails. The only option is to manually copy the files into the directory.

NOTE: This is an altered version of the workaround noted in bug CSCuo39236 that will work on TMS13.X versions.

On your TMS server, navigate to "wwwTMS" in the TMS installation folder, and edit the Web.Config file.

Find this line:
    <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="307200" executionTimeout="300"
requestValidationMode="2.0" />

And replace it with this line:

    <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="400000" executionTimeout="300"
requestValidationMode="2.0" />

Then find this line:

        <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="314572800" />

And replace it with this line:

        <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="400000000"

Restart the IIS service on the server.

Once implemented, you will get a new error message "no file name specified"

This appears to be caused by the size of the image. Any image larger than 300MB fails. I've successfully uploaded TC 7.X and 6.X images that were under 300MB in size. Any over that size fail as noted.
